Naturopathic consultations are available either in-person in my Bondi Junction clinic or online via secure video call. In-person sessions include physical assessments and offer a deeper opportunity to observe and assess your vitality. Online consultations allow you to receive care from the comfort of your home, whether you're located within Australia or internationally.
Following your appointment, you will receive a personalised treatment plan via email. Any recommended herbal medicines, prescriptions, or referrals will also be arranged for you.

This session allows for a comprehensive exploration of your health and medical history, including both obvious and underlying symptoms, your patterns, and a discussion of your concerns and health goals.
After the appointment, I research your case and write your treatment plan, which may include herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, nutritional programming, lifestyle and environmental adjustments. I will also recommend any necessary testing or tracking to guide your health journey more effectively. -
During these appointments, I review assessments, test results, follow up on your symptoms and progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan, supplements and herbal medicine. These appointments are tailored to your individual needs, goals, obstacles and concerns.

A quick consultation for minor treatment adjustments and symptom relief for acute illnesses that require a quick script, such as colds, flu, and other short-term illnesses. A quick assessment of your current symptoms and health history is carried out, and a script for herbal medicine or supplements is provided to enhance immunity, recovery or reduce severity. These consults are not for new clients.

A 15-minute call designed for us to get to know each other. We’ll chat about your health goals, what you’re struggling with, and how naturopathy can support you. It’s the perfect way to see if we’re the right fit before committing to a full consultation.
booking & cancellation policy
To honour your time and mine, all consultations are prepaid at the time of booking, confirming your appointment.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your consultation to avoid a cancellation fee of 50%.

If your consultation needs to extend beyond the allocated time, an additional fee can be paid to extend depending on my clinic schedule.
